We are starting our second quarter here at Bella's Babies. That means our next delivery will be the beginning of July. This is the time of year to make summer going home outfits. Of course we are also collecting the usual, blankets, hats and burial garments.
Some things to keep in mind when making summer outfits. Please do not use Worsted Weight yarn (especially Red Heart SS) the outfits come out much too large. Stick with baby weight, sport weight and DK weight. My favorite yarn to use is Bernat Baby Softee. It is the perfect weight for summer.
Donations will be due by June 30, 2014.
Here are some of my favorite patterns to use. Some are mine and some are links to other sites.

Blanket Drive Totals
We have received 34 blankets during our Jan/Feb blanket drive. I will be delivering them tomorrow.
Thank you so much to all that helped. We will now go back to our regular needs. Just click on the "What we need" tab above to see what we can use. Of course we still need newborn blankets. We can also use burial garments, we don't get a lot of those.
